I'm not a jackass...but I was attracted by the naming.
Above a certain age bracket, I guess it reminds you of the yellow-girl in spicy clothes, doesn't it?
The sake has a flavor with little miscellaneous taste. However, you can feel the umami flavor firmly on your tongue.
When served with shiso maki, Iwaki's specialty pickled daikon wrapped in shiso, it is a good combination to really feel only the umami without any miscellaneous tastes.
This is the true pleasure of local food.
This is the perfect combination for the shinkansen on the way home, a moment of bliss!
