It is not too sweet, but has a robust and solid flavor.
When matched with rice, the graininess of the rice is even more pronounced.
Despite its mellow atmosphere, it does not expand and recede.
A very good aged sake. I like it.
Everyone was wary that matured sake is for experts,
I feel it is even better after a series of summer sake.
