Junmai-Namaishu Sake (Japanese style drink) ✨Organically grown Gohyakumangoku from Aizu 🌾
I bought this one at Jizakuya Kodama from a lineup of five different kinds of wind-blown sake. It's full of flavor😆. It is refreshing, but deep. It is like a melon candy when you taste it. It makes me salivate. It can be used with garlic as well. I heated it up to 45 degrees and the sweetness and umami increased. It also has a sour taste. More rice flavor. It's a great sake for a snack 😋.
