I was about to move from Sendai, where I was on a business trip...
A tree fell on the overhead line and the train stopped early in the morning.
Anyway, I tried to get home as fast as possible,
I jumped on the overcrowded Yamabiko train to get back home as quickly as possible.
Actually, after today's meeting, I made a reservation at a restaurant recommended by a member of Sake-no-wa.
I was desperate 😅.
When we entered the restaurant, it was all full with reservations.
We started with sashimi, which came after the appetizers,
We started with "Rumiko's sake".
I've had it a few times before,
The sweetness and a little bit of spiciness are in harmony.
It is a stable taste.
The sashimi was as good as that of a high-class sushi restaurant.
I was surprised at the taste of the sashimi.
It was the first time I had yellowtail sashimi lightly seared and served with spicy sauce.
It was my first time. 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
