I have a flirtatious nature. I opened a bottle of Kagatobi 25 days ago and it seems to have mellowed and changed to suit my palate. It has a mellow flavor and a sharp dry taste. It is like a classical ginjo. I think I succeeded this time. Did you educate your son to be a gifted sake drinker? My son sent me a set of six 300ml bottles of Kagatobi. I'm looking forward to drinking the same brand so I can compare them.
