Continuation of the Japanese Sake Festival.
Go for a saki drink with Legend.
We went to "Sake-no-Meru-Toko" for a preview to see if there was a place where we could get together with a large group and where there were many kinds of Japanese sake.
When we enter the restaurant, we are told that one of the part-timers has suddenly taken a day off and that the food service may be delayed.
Thinking there was no reason to stay too long, I agreed.
The restaurant seems to focus on meat dishes, so I had roasted duck with balsa miso, five kinds of fermented oden, and so on.
Nara Prefecture. Nara City. Nara Toyosawa Sake Brewery Co.
Toyoshuku" and "Kisenju" are probably more famous, but Okuhiroya also carries "Ken" and "Gisuke.
Ken" is a sake that only Okuhiroya carries in the Kansai region.
Ken Blue Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Namaishiki
I think it was fruity and mellow sweetness, but I thought it was rather dark and delicious.
Ingredients: Rice (domestic), Rice malt (domestic)
Rice used: 100% Yamadanishiki
Rice polishing ratio:55
Alcohol level: 16% (original sake)
I probably ordered it and drank it with bouken-san.

Hi Pon-chan, ☀It seems that this brand is limited to only 3 stores in Kanto and 1 store in Kansai. I was scouting for a restaurant in Kansai that could accommodate a large group of people 👍Sake no Wa 😁.
