Today we have a steadfast orikara.
This sake is from the northeastern part of Chiba Prefecture.
The powerful word "Fudo" on the label of this sake is very impressive.
I fell in love at first sight when I saw the bright pink Fudo with this label dyed in peach color on Instagram😍The nickname is Erofudo, I know what you mean!
It's a sake that requires care when opening the cork.
As you open the cork a little at a time, you will be greeted with a gorgeous aroma of sweet peaches along with a shwash of bubbles.
The mouthfeel is smooth. The taste is fruity and refreshing, with a hint of sweetness and rice flavor. Overall, it has a fizzy and bitter taste, which is refreshing and not too sweet for its sweet aroma.
It is not too sweet for its sweet aroma and is refreshing to drink.
Like the previous Shuho, it has a gorgeous ginjo aroma that brings out the best of Dewa Sanzu, and the balance of sweetness, freshness, and bitterness makes it very easy to drink.
It is the perfect taste for this season when you want to feel the spring.
The brewery has now moved to the neighboring Kanzaki-cho, but it was originally located in front of the Naritasan Shinshoji Temple.
I didn't know about Pink Fudo... I'll drink it again next year during this season 🎵.

I'm a little freaked out about opening the bottle! When shall I drink it?
