AQE Tasake, a joint project of four Aomori breweries. Slightly sweet aroma. It is a Junmai sake with a very firm flavor. It has a strong umami flavor, but has a thick, austere aftertaste. The attack is clear, as is typical of Tasake, but the impact of the finish is strong, and the overall impression is pulled down by the aftertaste. After swallowing, it is still refreshing, and the Tazake character is well expressed.
