The first Eiko Fuji.
The aroma is gorgeous and fruity, the taste has a hint of sweetness, and it is a slightly dangerous sake that is easy to drink.
I think I need to try more Eikoh Fuji in the future.

It was my first time with Eikoh Fuji, and I'm hoping that in the future, the brewery's malicious? Effort? I'm going to take advantage of the sake brewer's bad intentions or efforts and try a few different ones.
I haven't tried Tenmei yet, so I'll try it as soon as I find it.
