This is my favorite new product from Saira. As soon as I took a sip, I knew it was going to be good. The aroma is lactic acid and fresh muscat. Happy. It is sweet and sour, or rather sour and sweet, and the sourness is dominant. The sourness is relatively firm, which is good for summer. It is also good that there is a sense of gas. The sourness continues until the aftertaste, and finishes with a slight bitterness. The sweetness or umami remains on the tongue, so you won't get bored until the end. I realized that Sairai is an iron plate deliciousness. It's getting harder and harder to find, so I'll have to limit my praise to this much.
