I got OCEAN99 HOSHIKAI by Kangiku a while ago 😋. I use a Burgundy glass for mellow sweet wine because I think it tastes best in a Burgundy glass. The fruity aroma of Hoshikai directly stimulates me because it locks in the aroma. The juicy sweetness and refreshing acidity spread to the fresh gas feeling, and the rich but clean sharpness makes the aftertaste light and easy to drink. ☺️ I paired it with sea bream carpaccio and it went perfectly with it, and when I realized it, two thirds of the Hoshikai was gone 😭. Kangiku is too delicious! I'm looking forward to the Discovery series coming up 🍶.
