The other day, I bought a bottle of Kangiku's Aizan in Kobe. I usually buy sake in 4-goules bottles, but this time I bought it in 1-sho bottles because they didn't have any in stock. Due to the space limitations of our refrigerator, I opened it right away 😁. 100% ASK Aiyama from Hyogo Prefecture Polishing ratio 50%. Alcohol content 15 When the bottle is opened, it has a gorgeous sweet aroma. When you drink it, the rich sweetness swells in your mouth and you can feel the gasiness. It is truly juicy. It keeps it while it gets sharp. I haven't had the chance to drink Aizan sake because I haven't had much luck with it, but as I had heard, it is a sweet and fruity tasting sake ✨. Kangiku itself gives the impression of being sweet, but Aizan 50 is even more specialized in sweetness 😊.

Good evening, soumacho! This is a sake I would like to try when I first learned about Kangiku: ⤴️ It's too good to specialize in sweetness 😋.

Good evening, ma-ki-! It's delicious and sweet ✨ I'm going to enjoy it for a while 😙. I saw Play for Aizan 40 on sale at the liquor store, but I passed on it and actually regretted it 💦.
