We've been waiting for it...freshly squeezed new sake🤗
I opened it without waiting my turn in the fridge.
When I opened it, I had the impression that it had a strong sake flavor, but the aroma was mildly banana and melon? The sweet and sour flavor is similar to strawberry syrup, and the soft bitterness you can sense reminds you of grapefruit and other citrus fruits. There is also a slight gassy, slightly steamed rice flavor in the elegant sweetness, and a lingering acidity.
The first day after opening the bottle, it was a bit awkward, but on the second day, it was integrated and light, and the aroma changed to a subdued apple and peachy flavor.... I am happy to be able to taste the freshly squeezed flavor 😚.
