ことり
It is a junmai ginjo that can be tasted only by the brewer, and is bottled immediately after being pumped directly from the funakuchi, giving it a full sense of gasiness.
The flavor is fresh and bursting with flavor. The refreshing taste, which is hard to believe that the alcohol content is 16%, reminds one of the freshness of the Tatenogawa River, and the saké will be enjoyed with a sense of rumen (rumen).
