boukenMatsuo Taisha Sake-1 Grand Prix ④ islander sake brewery in Hawaii I had known about this sake for a while but could not afford it because of its high price. I took this opportunity to try it. Rutemi drank it a while ago 😁. I drank ● Junmai Daiginjo Unfiltered Nama Sake It was made with KITASHIZUKU. It was quite a proper sake. It was moderately floral and had a good amount of sake flavor. The price is 7,700 yen and if you ask me if I would buy it, I would say 🤔. Kona Coffee Unfiltered Nama Sake Sake that was not on the distributed list. This was more interesting than the Jun Dai. There was also a fruity tropical sake, but I could imagine the taste and thought coffee would be more interesting, so I tasted this one. The rice is Kitashizuku and Calrose rice. Coffee beans soaked in sake? It tasted like fresh coffee beans! It had an atmosphere similar to the canned coffee called "Fresh Bean Blend" that Nescafe used to offer. I wonder if this is a liqueur or a craft saké, and how it would be classified?

ルテルテミHello bouken 😃have you had a drink 😆. Junmai Daiginjo is definitely a delicious sake but expensive 🥹It tasted like Kona coffee, which is strange. This one was 5500 yen 😂.
