Today is Sake Day 🍶, a day to toast sake.
Sake go-around sounds fun too 🥂.
It's been 3 months since the last one was held and there will be a sake festival (Osaka) and a sakesp (Kyoto) in November👍.
Sakesp is unfortunately no longer all-you-can-taste 😭
Last year I was drinking "Kaze no Mori: Sake for everyone to set off fireworks", but this year I looked at the sky and saw a beautiful crescent moon 🌛, so here's a toast 😆.
Ashigarakami-gun, Kanagawa Prefecture. Seto Sake Brewery Co.
Setoichi, the moon is beautiful, Junmai Ginjo.
A bottle purchased on a trip to Kamakura.
It is served cold.
It has a mild aroma with not much of an overtone.
The first impression is that it is generally calm, clear, gentle, and soft.
There are no prominent flavors of sweetness, umami, or acidity; it is a well-balanced type of wine with a touch of bitterness at the end.
As the temperature rises, the umami gradually spreads, and there is a slight spiciness.
It may not have much of an impact, but it is an easy-drinking, honors-grade gem.
Ingredients: rice (domestic), rice malt (domestic)
Rice used: Kake rice 55% (100% Yamadanishiki), Koji rice 55% (100% Yamadanishiki)

Good morning, sleepy healer😃.
It's so elegant that you decide which sake to drink according to the shape of the moon👍.
I like the balance system, so I'm interested in Setoichi ❗️.

Haruei Chichi-san, good evening ❗This time I didn't go through Kaze no Mori, so I made a toast to the beautiful moon that looked like Kao's logo 😄This sake is a soft, mild and balanced type, and had a different quality from other sake such as Tasake 😋.
