ねむちYamagata Prefecture. Takahata-cho. Yonezuru Sake Brewery Co.
MARUMASU YONEZURU Limited Junmai Ginjo (Blue)
This was my favorite of the three kinds of Malmouth at the brewer's festival.
The sake rice is Dewa Sanbai.
I brought it to my parents' house to drink for my husband who is from Yamagata.
It is served cold.
The aroma is a sweet ginjo aroma with a hint of alcohol.
The attack is rich and full from the beginning with a hint of sweetness.
From the sweetness, a brown sugar-like sweetness and richness gradually deepens 😄.
The richness of the mouthfeel is just the way I like it 😋.
The taste is sweet at first, but because of the deep richness, it is not sweet, but rather, the aftertaste is crisp and tight with a slight tingling sensation that also stimulates the tongue, giving it a total dry taste 👍.
I knew it was good 🥰.
I tasted it and bought it, so I'm sure I'll like it 😋.
I'm glad it was well received at my parents' house 👍

ルテルテミGood evening, Nemuchi-san 😁.
I also bought a green Dewa no sato at the brewer's festival. It was delicious, but I'm very disappointed that I didn't taste the Dewa Sanzan 😅.

ねむちGood evening Lutertemi 🌉Malmouth green, you drank it 😊I thought you preferred green but you didn't taste 3 different types 😁I recommend you to compare tasting of the same series of brands as it is interesting 😄.

さけランNemuchi-san, thank you very much!
I didn't know this label existed!
I've been passing on this one because I'm in the Hall of Fame myself because all Yonekaku is so good 💦.
I wish I had tasted it!

ねむちHey Sakeran, thank you for your time! Yonetsuru has a high participation rate in tasting events, so I get to try quite a few different kinds 😊Next time, let's sample them all 😁Oton, who drank it with me on New Year's Day, liked it so much he bought it and delivered it to me 4 days later 🤣.
