The aroma is a modest pineapple. A little gassy.
Not much sweetness, but a crisp acidity. As rumored, it is sharp and dry, but the acidity is nice.
After the acidity, the bitterness comes through with a sharp finish. It has a short aftertaste.
I don't usually drink dry sake, so it was quite refreshing. It's delicious and easy to drink, so you'll be drinking it with gusto...
