This is the last bottle of Zijima that I won at Horiichi Shusendo during a time when I had a strong hiki.
Junmai Ginjo made with Omachi rice from Okayama Prefecture polished to 50%!
Great specs!
When you open the bottle, you hear a bonk and a heavy, pleasant sound typical of an ippon bottle😄.
Already lovely.
The aroma is a beautiful fruity ginjo aroma.
In the mouth, the silky and elegant sweetness spreads.
It's already delicious 😋 The freshness is unbelievable for a hired sake.
This is not a light sake, but one with a powerful umami texture!
Quintessential Omachi ✖️ Jikan ✌🏻.
The subtle bitterness and clean acidity are well balanced and layered.
It's a shame to let it fall down your throat, but the feeling of it falling down is also wonderful😋.
I can't wait.
Elegant and crisp.
The balance is superb.
It has a beautiful, well-rounded laser chart, calm and elegant, but with a solid core of strength.
I'm a believer so my comments are slightly biased😅.
The thin moon this evening is red and low and beautiful along with the castle. I'm not sure what to make of it.
I'm sad that I won't be able to find any more Zijima in my fridge 😭 but it's still good 🤣.
Delicious.
Happy.

Good evening, Alalala!
Give me that pulling power this year🤩.
Jikan x Omachi! I'm drooling at the thought 🤤!
This is Inuyama Castle, isn't it? I love the picture with the red moon✨.

Good morning kino.😃I've been having a lot of bad luck lately.
The picture is of Inuyama Castle, taken with my iPhone so it's not clear 😅 but it was a great snack for me 😀.
