I mentioned it briefly in my review of Ichino Koshu, but compare it to Hyakusyu!!!
Today, I went to two liquor stores to do some shopping. And there, I bought a bottle of Hyakutobuki on the side! LOL!
I prepared it at room temperature and warmed it up and we took turns drinking it and comparing 😆👍.
I know the taste is totally different when I compare them, but I don't have the palate to describe which is which lol.
When I was in Koshiju, I wrote that it slurps like water, but when I compare them, I can see how peculiar Koshiju is! So that means Hyakusyu is even more slurpable!
But I think Hyakusyu has more alu-ness...maybe that's because Hyakusyu has one degree higher alcohol content....
Well, my preference is Koshu as a result.
I'm going to compare both hire sake tomorrow 😆👍.
I think I can enjoy it for a while 🎵

Hi Pon-chan ✨It was Asahi Shuzo's Tokubon duel!
But I'd have to say Echino Kanmei's regular sake is the best for filet sake lol.
That's some good Niigata sake!
