I opened a bottle of Nabeshima spring sake that I had been curious about.
The aroma is gorgeous and the taste is easy to drink with little sourness, bitterness and rice sweetness.
I was a little disappointed when I drank it a little while after opening the bottle, as it lost some of its peculiarity for better or worse.
The pink label gave it a springtime sake feel 🙆🙆.
