A brand that is relatively easy to find when you come to Noue-no-Ie, Amezure. The pitch-black label says that Dr.Sugiyama is the first hiyaoroshi of this year! I'm not a fan of it because it's Yamahai. I think the acidity comes to the fore. I am happy to have encountered something rare!
