The aroma is soft rice sweetness and sourness.
When you include it, chili shuwa🫧 fruity sweetness and sourness like mandarin oranges, pears, grapefruit, and just a hint of bitterness.
As you mix it, it becomes more rice-like and softly sweet.
Tasty enough, but a bit cattier on the first day.
After a few days, the slightly tartness seems to have rounded out. There is a slight effervescence, but it is mellowed out and I like it more!
The mild fruity sweetness of the rice, with a nice aftertaste and a little bit of a shwash, was a delicious sake that I could drink more and more of 🍶.
