Personal preference 3.5/5.0
Rice, malted rice (domestic)
Rice polishing ratio 50%.
Alcohol content 18%.
This is the fourth bottle of sake I brought home.
I drank it about a week ago and forgot to post it💦.
I wanted to buy the award-winning Inamuraya Bunshiro, but it was too expensive.
Just as I was thinking that, they told me that they don't sell many of these, so I bought this one.
The color is a beautiful amber and the aroma is gorgeous!
I was expecting it to be a very fruity unfiltered unpasteurized sake, but it was more like a sweet rice wine with a bit of weight.
It was mellow and just right, maybe a little high in alcohol?
The friend I sent it to gave it high marks.
When I posted the photo, I included the ice trees I saw over there. It was -16 degrees that day and I couldn't move a muscle!
Postscript
Last week, I went to a local liquor store and they had Urabasen.
It's also available in Kansai, so if you find it, please try it 👋.

Good evening, Ofuji.
I have never seen this sake before. 35 is the No. of the tank, right? That's very rare 😳
Minus 16 degrees Celsius is unimaginably cold. I think I'm going to get a lot of chilblains 😫.

Hello, Ponchan!
I didn't see it in the predictive conversion in Sake no Wa either!
I'm looking forward to learning more when I do my homework.
We had one set of clothes ready, but most of them were retreated indoors😅.
