シロタマ
Quite a distinctive taste.
Bitterness is quite strong and sweetness is moderate. It has a gassy, rice-like aroma.
If it were sweeter, it would have been popular with everyone, but I feel as if it was deliberately left out. It tastes like a step up the ladder to adulthood. By the way, it became sweeter the next day.
I would like to share with you my Kanji character for this year.
"Nigorigo."
It was a year when I thought that I would be satisfied all year round if I had an active nigori.
This is the last post for this year.
I wish you all a happy new year.

Hi ma-ki-!
I always refer to your detailed reviews. By the way, the world of sake is a big place. I can't wait to see what kind of sake I can encounter next year!

Hi Pon-chan!
I learned from Pon-chan's review that the taste of sake changes with the passage of time. Thanks to you, I can drink a little slower. I will think about the next interesting thing again.
