I went to the trouble of buying it because they were selling Li Bai tasting.
Cold sake.
The aroma is subdued.
Unlike the junmai sake I posted earlier, it has a sharp taste with a clean aftertaste. It is made with soft water and has less umami and volume, so it may be best for those who like light, dry sake.
The aftertaste is short.
Suitable for intermediate level sake drinkers.
