新舘幸樹
This is the first sake I have ever had.
Since it is a special junmai, it does not have much aroma, but it has a soft sweetness first, followed by a spiciness in the middle. The spiciness comes in the middle and the spiciness comes at the end. While it has a sweet taste, it has a strong autumnal flavor. It seems to go well with fried foods and strong flavored foods.
