Shisora純米吟醸スパークリング水玉ラベル

A self-congratulatory project in which I drank sake with my friends and gave them unopened four-packs of sake one after another while sharing my knowledge with them. The following four bottles were selected: Hanakaze (1) Hirotogawa Nigori, (2) Banjo Kotobuki Shiboritate Nama-shu, (3) Murasaki Uchu Mizutama Label, (4) Miyazumi Nigori, (5) Tasyu Usu Nigori, (6) Mikotsuru Dry Oiragarumi, (7) Sogen Shiboritate Nama-shu, (8) Manjusen Kijoshu. The impression of Hanakaze was excellent. The six nigori varieties were each served with the top clear and cloudy components, and the Banjo Kotobuki and Murasaki Kuu were particularly favorite. The first time we tried Manjusen's kijoshu, we were asked, "What is this? I don't know! I've never heard of it! Miyazumi and Manjusen were empty, and the remaining 1 gou of Hirotogawa was left, while Banjo Kotobuki and Murasakyu were given away as souvenirs.
