Not much aroma, but a little bit sugary + a little bit matured aroma.
A little bit of rice sweetness from the refreshing mouthfeel.
The umami and astringency lingers on the tongue, but it finishes cleanly and without unpleasantness.
The astringency that remains after the finish is nice.
It is as tasty as ever.
I had a little bit of sushi, but it goes well with sushi rice 🍣.
It is indeed a Shizuoka sake ‼️ and also went well with the sweetness of the pickled vegetables 🤤.
