The booth of Joy Hikari in Nara, Japan. I didn't know about Kankikou even though I live in the Kansai area. Kankikou Junmai Ginjyo "Little Joy" (🔴) Junmai Ginjo "Hatsuhonoka The "Little Joy" sake won the Kura Master 2021 Platinum Award, and the "Hatsuhonoka" is made from dewy leaf wind. When I said it has a high alcohol content, I think he said he was sticking to the original sake. The sake level was mostly negative, but I don't think it was very sweet.

Sakaeran-san, are you going to the brewery festival in December👍I'm allowed to try a small amount, less than half of the normal tasting volume🤣I appreciate it because I get to try all kinds of things 👏 exactly the same 😆 The stories of the brewery staff are interesting too❗.
