Today I was back home to take care of my father who has no ability to make a living.
I can't even use a microwave oven properly 😭
Next, [Special Honjozo
Domestic rice with malted rice
Polishing ratio 60
Alcohol content 15%.
Sake degree +1 Acidity 1.4
1) First, serve at room temperature.
When it is poured into a sake cup, it smells of rice and koji (malted rice) 🤔No alcohol smell either.
It has a nice dryness that fills the mouth and is pleasant, and the texture on the tongue is not cloying, but a bit thick and smooth.
Unfortunately, there is an alcohol feeling after it goes down your throat! I think it's light when I drink it. I drank it while eating tuna sashimi and it went perfectly with it.
Next, heated sake (warmed).
The aroma is now more full-bodied!
The aftertaste is less unpleasant than at room temperature.
This is delicious! I definitely recommend heating it up! The lack of alcohol smell is a great introduction to heated sake.
Finally, cold sake!
You can feel the same rice flavor as at room temperature.
It has a nutty aroma.
Delicious!

Good morning, Kozo 😃.
It's hard for both of us to go to my parents' house😅.
The best thing is to have a good drink 🍶 to heal you 😊.

Good evening...
Thank you for all your comments.
Well, they're the parents who raised me, but it's really hard when dementia sets in💦.
I don't want to put my stress on alcohol, but I guess I do 😁.

Hi there 🙏🙏.
Sorry for complaining 🙏.
It's true that it's tough, but I was raised by my children and they have to support me 😁.
Sake really helps me to refresh 🤩.
