(I avoid basic sake at events because I have to choose a drink with the lowest possible alcohol content or I get drunk.
However, I drank a special glass of Midori-ichi because of its charm.
I drink it every time.
And I regret it when I get a headache.
Although it is a 19% sake, it is dangerous to have a light taste because it is a honjozo.
It has a very mellow, koji-derived richness, but is also slightly sharp and dry!
Pickled eggplant goes well with it!
Speaking of drinking every time, I really miss the now departed Masakazu Fujimoto Sake Brewery!

Shinjou-san, here too 😊I got the Midori-ichi first and it was so tasty and punchy that I thought I got the order wrong. I think I got it wrong first 😅I'm sad to see the number of sake breweries decrease because of the success of this event.

Kurehaun was the first place to go if there was a Tokugin, wasn't it?
I hear it's ridiculously expensive outside of Osaka.
Fujimoto Masakazu Sake Brewery was the one and only aging-only brewery, so it was a shame.
It was hard to buy...

Shinjo-san, this is my day.
I've only seen the green one at Umeda Hanshin 🙄.
I've only seen Midori-ichi at Umeda Hanshin 🙄.
I found the undiluted one at Peacock in Senchu, but it's closed now and I can't buy it 😢.

Every time...
I had a painful headache, but I managed to stay sober for 3 days...
There's a green one in Hanshin, isn't there?
I don't go to Hanshin very often, so I'll check it out!
I have to add water to the original sake by myself.
