Red Denshu 🟥.
I don't feel the apple flavor as much as I usually feel with Denshu, but as the temperature slowly rises in my mouth, I can feel it a little bit.
I think this one is fuller and more expansive than the other one, even though they are made with the same rice.
I think I prefer Tasake.
The restaurant was almost full on that day!
It must be hard for a young man to run a restaurant by himself!
So let's start with these two and savor them slowly...it's not a trip to be rushed!
