This weekend, it was raining in Tokyo and the cherry blossoms were falling.
I'm trying to feel spring at least with sake, so I've been looking for spring sake, or sake with labels that remind me of spring 🤭.
Well, today I chose Yuho from Ishikawa Prefecture ❤️
This is the first time for me to buy this sake, which I somehow missed out on 🍶.
Hanasaka Yuho is a Junmai Ginjo 55 light nigori.
I wonder why the name comes from Hanasaka Grandpa 😊.
It said be careful when opening the bottle, but it was fine if you opened it slowly 🎉.
The aroma is a bit like melon🍈.
It is a delicious sake with a fruity and elegant gaseous taste.
The sake has a sake meter rating of +4.0, which is a little sweet for my taste, but I think the sweetness comes out when the sake is taken out of the refrigerator and brought to a temperature close to room temperature.
I'm hoping the rest will taste different tomorrow 🤭.

Mr. 3KAN4ON
Good evening.
Cherry blossoms will be scattered by this rain💦.
Let's at least enjoy the cherry blossom viewing mood with some spring sake♪
Yuho, the name is also good♪

Good evening, Mr. Kozo.
Yuho, good naming.
It tastes good though 🤭.
It rained yesterday and today in Tokyo, so I couldn't enjoy the cherry blossoms 🌸😂.
