Yui no Kou 100%.
The color is clear.
Smell is clear and sweet like pear🍐.
The taste is soft and sweet like muscat. The aftertaste is slightly bitter.
The mouthfeel is mellow, helping the flavor to expand.
The lingering sweetness that drifts to the end is amazing. I think this is zanshin in kendo 🤔 (influenced by the picture on the label 😅).
A sake so bold and lingering that it is truly a great achievement 🍶.
