The aroma is just a hint of melon.
Starts cold. The first taste of alcohol comes slowly, then there is a sweetness with a slightly ripe pineapple-like flavor, and then it slowly fades away.
At room temperature, the sweetness is a little weaker and the sharpness becomes stronger.
I can't say that I like autumn sake very much, but this one is well-balanced and goes well with autumn foods such as eggplant, pumpkin, and nabe. It looks like it could use a little more flavor.
