Munemasa Junmai Ginjo -15
Saga sake found at an Aeon. I bought it because I didn't think I could find a Saga sake with a sake content of -15.
I had it cold.
The first aroma is slightly sweet and apple-like.
The color is slightly yellowish.
The mouthfeel is clear and flows smoothly.
When it was cold right out of the fridge, the overall taste was quite thin, but as the temperature rises a little, the sweetness and later sourness come out, and it becomes easier to drink.
At the end of the mellow sweetness, a thick honey-like sweetness can be felt.
A slight alcohol taste appears after swallowing, which tightens up the tongue and leaves a slight tingling sensation.
High ester-producing yeast is used. Although it is called "super sweet," it is not sticky, and the sweetness does not linger in the mouth forever, making it easy to drink.

Good evening, Nemuchi 😃.
I feel like this label is saying "I'm +15" 😅 actually it's -15 😳 people and sake are not always what they seem 😄.

Good evening, Mr. Nemuchi.
I drank this a long time ago, but the orange label seems to be for Aeon only 🤔The regular -15 seems to have a grayish label😊.
This is not so sweet 😅

Good evening, Jay & Nobby 🌛The label is in chic script and it's called Saga Sake, which doesn't give a very sweet image, but it was moderately sweet and easy to drink 😋You can only know what's inside when you go out with people and sake😁.

Good evening, bouken🌛I see this is an Aeon limited label 😳I've seen the grayish label elsewhere, but I was wondering what the difference was 😅It was moderately sweet with a refreshing aftertaste 😋.
