It is hard to believe that it has a sake strength of -10.6.
I found it to be a dry and refreshing sake with not much sweetness. It was in contrast to the Oomine's Winter Fairy Tale that I drank the other day. I guess there are many different types of nigori.

Hello na2. Thank you for your comment. Sairai's light mist is the type of sake that gets sweeter as it is laid down 😆 I couldn't resist and drank it in no time 🤣.
