I had seen it here and there in the sakewa, so I had to buy it and got it in a hurry 💪.
Urasuri
Almost no scent. It has a slightly muddy scent of Hirotogawa River.
Shwashy mouthfeel❤️ then the melon-like sweetness and rice flavor comes in fluffy and crisp with bitterness❤️ soooooo good🤣!
Mix it up.
The aroma has a slight white peach feel to it 🥺.
The mouthfeel is still the same, a bit of a schwashy mouthfeel, and then melon? A little peachy? The sweetness is like a melon. And then the flavor spreads on the palate with a milky texture 🥺.
And after the bitter taste, there is a lingering freshness like drinking lemon water 🍋.
Oh wait, it's so good 😂.
This is going to sell like crazy next year 😂.
It's not too sweet and acidic, so it's easy to sip on and pair with a meal. 🍽️
I tried it for a day to see what would happen.
The second day it tastes even better, drier and more delicious. ❤️ This is seriously too good 🙌
I loved it with canned mackerel in miso sauce with grated radish 🐟.
