鳥海山純米大吟醸

My husband chose this bottle at the liquor store.
It has a refreshing sharpness at the liquor store! on the popup 😄.
My husband seems to love sake with a sharp taste, so I bought it with high expectations: ‼️
No aroma.
When you put it in your mouth, it comes in quickly and you can feel the sweetness of the rice flavor.
The moment I thought that it was going to be a good one, the spiciness spread quickly. Then it gets sharp in the second half, but it doesn't quite get nicely sharp💦.
I want to be sharp, but I feel something is holding me back.
In short, I thought it was not very sharp ⁇😅.
Maybe this place is good for those who like spiciness.
For me, I'm still not a fan of the low aftertaste of spiciness, it was a hurdle for me 😭.
I would like to revisit this after learning a little more ❣️

Good morning, HinaHanaMama!
I love the time you spend with your master's favorite sake 🍶, whether it fits or not ✨.
I was curious about this sake from Akita, so even though I have a sweet tooth, I still want to try it 😊.

Good evening, HinaHanaMama 😃.
I see you didn't get a kick out of it✋😅The Chokaizan we drank at the Kenmin-kai was also solidly dry!
I recommend the green label Hatsu Shibori Junmai Ginjo for its sweet and sour taste 🤗.
