I was attracted by the taste of Kameizumi, so I tried Shibotan, which uses the same yeast.

As the label says, the yeast produces a flavor that is the complete opposite of Tosa sake.
It is a yeast that brews the exact opposite of Tosa sake, and it is less sweet and more refreshing than Kameizumi.
This sake is also very nice.
