Akagisan Honjozo Dry Nama-Shu. A man's sake.
Of all the sake in Seiko Yamauchi's "Nightfall Sake Review," this 300ml bottle of Akagiyama's fresh-stored sake was of particular interest to me because of the heat of the text.
I was told that it is a standard sake mainly for local consumption in Gunma Prefecture,
When I visited Maebashi in Gunma Prefecture on a day trip the other day, I found that every food station, roadside station, and convenience store had 300ml bottles of this Akagisan fresh-stored sake without omission, so I felt that it is true that the sake is rooted in the local community😅.
It's a little soft and has an exquisite moderate taste, and you can drink it smoothly.
A good balance, a good evening sake.
Seiko Yamauchi comments and advises in the same book, "You want to prepare at least two bottles at a time, as they are quickly consumed." However, there was only one bottle, and it was finished immediately,
This is a really good 300 ml bottle👍.
Today it was at room temperature, up from cold sake, but I'd like to try heated sake at an izakaya on a day trip to Gunma someday.

Hiraccio-san, good morning 😃I'd like to try Akagiyama, but I can't find it at the liquor stores in Ibaraki or Tochigi where I sometimes go, so I'll have to go to Gunma 😂I'd really like to drink this one, which is a big hit with Seiko Yamauchi ‼️

Hi Hiraccio, ☀️
Akagisan Honjozo Dry (this one and the fire-brewed one too) is a good evening sake for all kinds of things. I like to keep a few bottles of this sake in the fridge ✨.

I don't usually see them in Saitama Tokyo either, but when I went to Gunma, they were always available👍.
It's not a modern sweet and tasty sake,

Jurian, good evening😊.
This is a very broad and versatile, a good evening drink that is safe to drink at home or in restaurants if you have it on hand👍.
I would like to keep it on hand: ❗️
