Gin no Iroha, Polishing ratio 60%, Sake degree +3, Alcohol 16%.
Delicious with sweet and sour taste. Is it a sake with a light nigori taste? I think I have never had a light nigori type sake before.
Haginotsuru Junmai Ginjyo Separately brewed Nama-shu Sakura Cat
Polishing ratio 50%, Sake degree -2, Alcohol 15%.
The only mention of the sake rice is that it is domestic. I wonder if they would have told me if I asked.
This is my first Sakura Neko. It is sweet and tasty. The cat label is not a miss.
