The moment I drank it, I was like "hmmm⁉️ first time feeling⁉️ like this ❤ never ❤😳" I don't have the feeling of sake⁉️ continue drinking it, it has an astringent taste like red wine but it's still a grain taste not grape‼️ but you are right, it goes well with meat😋 Red rice can not call itself Junmai, can it? I learned a lot 😌.
