Echigo Tsurukame Junmai Daiginjo
This is a fire-brewed, junmai daiginjo from Kashin.
Gohyakumangoku is a typical Niigata sake.
It has an image of being light, but its soft, firm sweetness and flavor may not be like Ihyakumangoku.
Still, it is refreshingly crisp and easy to drink.
I served it with salted salmon.
It was delicious. In the end, I finished it (my wife drank more than half of it 😅).
