Very recently I'm in the mode of buying what I want to drink without exploring new places, so I'll post this, although it's covered....
It's called dry, but it's not tangy.
It's not too dry, but it's not spicy either.
It's a very versatile sake, even when cold.
It's always the best sake!
Mr. Ota is from Miyazaki
His restaurant, Korin, was wonderful with very good food!
But Miyazaki is a paradise for good food, so even if you go there, it is unlikely that you will be able to fill your stomach with the local specialties and not end up drinking as well!

I finally caught up with Mr. Ota, who had been taking a lot of pictures 😅I was indeed in Miyazaki and had a lot of shochu for 2 weeks in a row 😊Yakitori last week was great and the fish dishes at this restaurant were good 😻.
