Today I had lunch in the park and played with an old man's dog that I don't know 🐶.
We continue to drink sake purchased at a liquor store in Oimachi. This one seems to be another brand of sake made by the same brewery that makes Jikin. It is a little expensive, but I bought it because it is rare.
The aroma is fruity sweet and sour like lychee. On the palate, it has a nice berry-like sweet and sour taste with a delicious spiciness in the latter half. I can't compare it with other Jikin because I haven't drunk much Jikin to begin with, but it seems to have a complex flavor. The aroma is good. It was a little difficult to find the best match for pairing, but it is a distinctive and memorable sake 🍶Tasty✨.
