I made oden and opened the bottle thinking I would pair it with the rice cranes, but the taste was different from usual, like a dessert wine🍷. Fine bubbles in the glass. I was surprised to see the fine bubbles in the glass.
Pretty pink color with red sake yeast.
The alcohol content is low at 10 degrees and easy to drink. The taste had a shiso flavor.
It has a mysterious taste.
