Business Trip to Akita (Part ⑯)
The last dinner of my business trip to Akita, I had my second 😀 I had a Suiboku, which I had never had before from the Colors series of Shinsei 😋.
The aroma is mild, with a soft ama, and then a sharp, clean taste with the typical Niimasa acidity 😊This was served with fried sardine potatoes as an accompaniment 😚✨👍.
