Habit-forming, matured, and richly sweet and tasty.
It has a unique flavor like that of apricot bean curd.
I think it clashes a little with white fish.
I've only had shaved sea bream at a certain restaurant.
It was a Kansai-style local fish (also an outlier),
But I was reassured when I had it here. It is delicious.
